EXCLUSIVE: ACE Producers has selected 16 producers for its Series Special programme, taking place in Lubeck, Germany in November.
The producers include Jennifer Mueller von der Haegen of Germany’s Weydemann Bros., who was an associate producer on the company’s Falling Into Place and production manager on The Outrun.

Also on the scheme is Marek Novak, the Czech producer at Xova Film of titles including Cristina Grosan’s Venice 2022 Giornate degli Autori selection Ordinary Failures.
The 16 producers will participate in a week-long workshop to expand their understanding of the series production landscape and internationalise their industry network. The producers can attend the workshop with an early-stage series project to serve as a vehicle for their learning. Consultants on previous editions of the programme have included Fremantle and Banijay executives.
The programme is backed by the Netherlands Film Fund, Moin Filmforderung and Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg and the Pilot Programme for Series Co-Productions of the Council of Europe, home of Eurimages, in collaboration with Nordische Filmtage Lubeck.
